Scisbo Dashboard creates a shared product shell with centralized identity and a consistent navigation model. Each capability remains independently maintainable, while users experience AI, storage, boards, friends, messaging, and settings as one connected workspace.
The solution
The interface feels like one product, but its backend responsibilities are separated into focused Spring Boot services that communicate through APIs, WebSockets, and Kafka events.
A Spring AI-powered assistant supports multi-turn conversations and returns useful structured results inside the workspace instead of sending users to a separate AI tool.
Users can organize, upload, and access files from their account while storage responsibilities stay isolated behind a dedicated platform capability.
Flexible boards, columns, and cards turn ideas and ongoing work into a visual workflow that is easy to review and update.
A platform-level friends system manages relationships once and shares those connections with Scisbo Messaging for direct conversations.
The dashboard provides a direct path into the standalone chat application while preserving the user's session, identity, and social graph.
Profile, security, and experience settings give users one place to manage how their identity works across Scisbo products.
