Do I need to get on a call?
Not if you'd rather not. We can go through the details by message, and the plan and quote come in writing. If a short call is easier, we can do that too.
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on what the system needs to do, so there's no fixed price list. After we've talked through the problem, you get a written scope and estimate, and you choose a fixed budget or pay hourly.
Can you work on software we already have?
Yes. I start with a review of the codebase and infrastructure, explain in plain language what's solid and what isn't, then fix, stabilise and extend it.
